Abhi is responsible for the development of the platform and implementation of all investment activities including sourcing opportunities, structuring agreements, and leading the underwriting, asset development, and management processes.
Abhi completed his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Pune University, India, and started his career with the prestigious construction conglomerate Al Fara’a Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Since 2004 he has lived in the US where he provided fin-tech and management consulting for firms like Cognizant and Accenture to many clients like JP Morgan Chase, UBS-AG, Fannie Mae, Fitch Risk & Ratings & Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Abhi is an active real estate investor/operator since 2010.
Rahul has MBA in Finance from California State University and has been working in the Financial Services industry for more than a decade. Over the years, he has provided consulting services for Ernst & Young to large multinational banks, financial institutions, and investment banks and led complex projects in risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
Rahul's core strengths are setting up organizations for their transformation journey, strategizing the future state target operating model, and importantly, delivering on the business goals.
Jayesh comes with over 25 years of real estate construction background and has successfully completed more than 18 projects in the New York metropolitan area. He has solid experience in developing and managing real estate projects from inception to delivery.
His role is to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
